Abstract: The work presents ideas and implementations of an university project in the field of elearning and distance learning. Based on the positive experiences and results of the research produced over the past 25 years, performed a strategic objective – making Plovdiv University a national standard for organization and conduct of quality e-learning in higher education and creating educational components of an integrated information system, called Plovdiv e-University.
